About our W2 practice

Private dental care for Marylebone patients

If you live or work in Marylebone, our W2 practice is one of the closest private options outside the W1 cluster. From Marylebone Station the walk to 3-4 Norfolk Place is around 15-18 minutes via Edgware Road, or a single Tube stop (Marylebone to Edgware Road on the Bakerloo line) plus a five-minute walk. From the residential streets between Marylebone Road and Regent’s Park, most patients reach us on the 27 bus or by Tube from Baker Street in under 15 minutes.

The Marylebone area sits a short distance east of our practice, with several dental options clustered around Harley Street and Wimpole Street. Paddington Smiles is a few minutes further west, on a quiet residential street in W2. The clinic opened in May 2025 with new surgeries, digital scanning, and a clear written quote before any work starts. Appointments tend to run on time, and we publish prices on our fees page so there are no surprises after the consultation.

We provide private care only. A new patient exam is £75, and a hygiene visit (scale and polish) is £75. Reception is staffed Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00. New patients are welcome — book online or call (020) 7402 4024.

Four practical reasons

Why Marylebone patients choose Paddington Smiles

Patients travelling from Marylebone tell us the practical things matter most: a short, predictable journey, time to ask questions, and a clear price before treatment begins. These four points come up in most new-patient consultations from the W1 area.

Edgware Road station is one stop from Marylebone on the Bakerloo line, and we are a five-minute walk from there. Most Marylebone patients arrive door-to-door inside 20 minutes.

Consultations and treatment in English, Polish and Portuguese. Useful if you would rather discuss treatment in your first language.

Published prices

New patient exam £75, hygiene visit £75, single implant £2,500, home whitening kit £295. Full price list on our fees page, and a written quote before any treatment.

Private only, no waiting lists

We are a fully private practice. New patients can usually be seen within a week, and emergency slots are kept for same-day pain or trauma calls.

Do you treat patients who live or work in Marylebone W1?
Yes. A large share of our patients travel in from W1, including Marylebone, Marylebone Village, Baker Street, and the Harley Street area. There is no postcode restriction — we are a private practice, so anyone is welcome to book a consultation regardless of where you live or work.
What is included in a new patient examination?
The £75 new patient examination covers a full oral health check, soft-tissue and gum assessment, any x-rays clinically indicated at the visit, and time to discuss your concerns. If treatment is recommended, you will receive a written estimate before any work is booked. Existing patient examinations are £65. Hygiene visits (scale and polish, £75) and Airflow stain removal (£40 add-on) are booked separately and can usually run on the same day.
Do you offer cosmetic dentistry?
Yes. We provide porcelain veneers (from £900 per tooth), composite bonding, teeth whitening (home kit £295, Enlighten £750) and full smile makeovers. Cosmetic treatment starts with a consultation and 3D scan so we can show you what is achievable on your own teeth before any work begins.

The Circle or Hammersmith & City lines from Baker Street go direct to Paddington in around four minutes. On foot, allow around 25-30 minutes via Marylebone Road.
Do you speak languages other than English?
Yes. Members of our team speak English, Polish, and Portuguese. If you would rather discuss your treatment in one of those languages, let reception know when you book and we will match you with a clinician or team member accordingly.
Can I park near the practice?
Norfolk Place is inside Westminster's paid parking zone, with meters along Sussex Gardens and nearby streets — usually easier to find a space mid-morning or mid-afternoon. The closest car parks are Q-Park Hyde Park (Marble Arch) and the NCP at Paddington Station. The practice is inside the Congestion Charge zone, so please factor that into your journey if you are driving in from outside Central London.
